How do I choose the right size?

Measure the circumference of your leg about 4 inches below the knee cap. If you are on the cusp, we recommend sizing down to ensure that the sleeve stays the correct size through normal wear. The sleeve should feel on the snug side, but should NOT be so tight to feel uncomfortable, unless you are looking for a . Compare your measurement to the size chart above.

How do I clean my neoprene knee sleeves?

Store inside the drawstring bag provided or on the outside strap of your gym bag. Use our Bad(a$$) Stink Spray to keep the stink at bay and kill bacteria build-up. We do not recommend washing them in the washer, but if you must soak them, use a mild dish soap soak, rinse until relieved of soap, and place outside (away from direct sunlight) to air dry.
