Rustic Italian Bread made with a yeast starter (poolish) and olive oil. A traditional slipper bread, full crust with a porous interior. Ciabatta can be used for sandwiches, accompaniment to soups salads and made into toast for appetizers.

Flavor Profile: Mild to low acidity strong milky notes from lactic acids. No dairy in this product
Color: Depending on the product, the Francese is a strong bake, while the smaller products are more to the golden-brown range
